This is a produce display from a Vermont farm stand I visited last summer. Editing in LR and Topaz Lab. Almost a foofy, eh? As always, thanks for looking and leaving a comment.
Foofiness is in the mind and the eyes of the beholder! lol. I love to slice up onions and fry them in garlic butter, throw in some green peppers if I happen to have some, and then dig in! Excellent image, Doug.
I see the white bulb onions at my farmers market but not the red - since I love farmers markets and vegetables this is just as beautiful to me as any bouquet of flowers - perhaps a little ratatouille would be good!
I really like this shot, Doug. The color balance seems off to me though - a bit heavy on the blue and green. But that's just my humble opinion (or this monitor). I took it into Photoshop and adjusted the color balance with good results.
Now this is really different coming from you, and I like it, I see some suggestion about the color has been made, but I still like this one Doug. tigs=^..^=
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
i do like this one! awesome display of color. LR is something else, eh? very powerful program. this pic makes me frickin hungry...and you know food hates me..lol! dont worry, i will just have a few bites and save the rest for later.
you could very well offer up advertising with shots like this. if it makes me hungry it would do well with anyone.
