I was in Rome last week and I had time to take an early morning stroll through this beautiful park; fortunate to find a mix of fog and sunlight. Villa Ada is the richest park in Rome from the standpoint of the fauna. The environment is cypresses, pines and dwarf palm trees, but also a roller-skating track and facilities for jogging and physical exercises, making it one of the most loved and visited parks of Romans. Strange lighting that makes this image eerie!...

We just don't get these opportunities often enough. Streams of sunlight slicing through the early morning haze, the trees providing a variety of shapes for the shadows.

MY MY! i do love a leisurely stroll through the park when they look as good as this. foggy mornings with the sun breaking through is one of my favorite times to visit such parks. i live for this kind of thing! wonderful work Doug.
