The sky is very well depicted and the water's colors are nice. I do see a bit of grain in the water, but it's probably because of the low light conditions in which you were taking this pic. Sometimes I use too low an ISO speed thinking that I won't be able to see it if I don't, when actually I'm only exacerbating the problem. I'm sure opinions will vary. Overall you've done a very nice job.
