Hi friends! I have some projects I need to get done, so I won't be able to visit Caedes as often as I would like. Appreciate you all very much, and will try to comment as much as possible.
!
Well, Marietha, as far as it was relatively easy for me to accept that hippo or some other animal within the category 'swift-other way', posed so eagerly and without any effort, then here with this cutie I am starting to think that you are some magician with wild animals !! LOL
I can see all the sinews and tendons quite tense ...
Wildlife as one can see so seldom.
Great great great shot !!!!
Excellent pic...I mean it! How did you get him to make that pose? Very sharp and great composition. Lucky....you have all the animals. Terrific job on this. It's a 10.
This was taken almost on the border of the Kruger National Park. Those houses are outside the Park. The houses are some of a Game Farm, bordering the KNP. Thanx for all of you stopping by and commenting. Much appreciated.

Hello Marietha....My my what a wonderful wild life picture you have here.....Just as when you are taking photos of people, when you take digital photography of animals, always try to keep their eyes focused, sometimes even at the expense of blurring other parts of their body. An animal's eyes can be their most expressive feature, expressing happiness, sadness, longing, fear, or excitement....I don't think you should have put the framing into this beautiful picture...saying that a lot of people do like that sort of thing....All the best....Mick.
