This photo was taken at a night i was bored. It is a black and white-macro of my watch with an exposuretime of 15 seconds.
The shot looks better when zoomed in, because most people fail to notice the second hand.
Very nice image. I haven't been here all that long myself but I don't think I've ever seen the first two posts of someone be so good. Again, welcome, and definitely looking forward to seeing more from you.
Nice idea ! I didnt notice the seconds at first sight, but then i read your comment ... What I find great is the fact that it captures 15 seconds of the time all in one intemporal picture : even if you catch a glimpse of this picture, you have been watching for 15 seconds !
You must have a tripod to look downward for 15 seconds, dont you. Besides it must have been diffucult to have the adequate light : it looks like a da
This has been in my favorites gallery for a long time and will continue to be there. Someone do something about the C-index! I don't want this image to dissappear!
This is really creative. I am not sure what to say beyond that, but I love it. Keep us guessing!
I have been proudly displaying this image ever since, but all good things must come to an end. Urg. Even so, it still deserves recognition. I am sure the grammatical structure of the following expression of popular culture is questionable, but "mad props to you."
I've often thought about trying this same shot, but never figured that it would work out. I always thought the second hand would just blur out and you wouldn't be able to see it. I might have to try this now. I'm thinking a full minute might be interesting. Perhaps then the second hand would become less noticeable, but perhaps a couple of exposures could remedy that. I will have to try:P.
Ah, this one was featured just now on the main page, did not see it before, but i realy liked it, what a fun idea, and it works great :-)
It was good that you where bored !! it resulted in a fun image :-)
