Hey. Good idea for a great abstract desktop. ;) I love the way the color turned out and your choice of the black background.

Very very cool -- it reminds me of some internet-company's logo, can't remember which. Anyway, great shot; and you put a metal beam in the fire? I always do stuff like that when camping. We melt beer bottles. Leave them to cool slowly overnight and they come out squished and uncracked. This reminds me of that, great shot and manipulation.

This is very cool. I like the simplicity of it, since you often find vastly overcrowded images it's nice to find someone who realises that good design is not necessarily cramming the most abstract renders into the smallest space. My only criticism is that the beams aren't particulary in focus, but other than that, great.

U r right Georf, it is out of focus, unfortunately on thge automatic setting embers & such dont fall into focus & at that time i hadnt worked out how to mess around wiith the exposures etc. but thanx for ur support :~)

this was in the perm feature slot on the front page. it reminds me of something I did in high school... took pieces of a 3-D puzzle and placed them on undeveloped photo paper under an enlarger..fun times.
