I love the presentation of the leaf, though I’m suffering a little culture shock with the background perhaps because it’s not symmetrical. The tone and texture change as the leaf enters the water is fascinating. I like it for it’s originality too.

I like almost everything about this image. It has very sharp detail and an intriguing and slightly sombre tone. My only suggestion (not a complaint) would be to either sharpen the edge on the diagonal border between the blue and black on the lower right, or to fade it more smoothly from blue to black. As it is, this edge stands out as different, drawing my eye away from the subject. Very attractive image; well done. - Dave

The color and the border are great. I als really like the detail of the leaf, it was well shot with no blurriness.
