Hey good shot! I like the motion effect. I just wish that you could have adjusted your shutter for the motion instead of editing the image. Maybe you could work on one like that. All in all it looks great.

I think there is too much cement/gravel/gray so it takes away from the other colours.
But I like the blur, and wish we could've seen more of the legs.
