Having checked my own personal collection of chipmunks downloaded from this site, I can say with confidence that this competes with the very best of the best. If there were a blue ribbon to be awarded, it would be between this and only one other, or POSSIBLY two... This little critter is absolutely adorable, and you caught it in such a swee, curlicue pose! How did you do it???

Oh John, what a precious sight! Superb clarity and DOF. I rarely see any chipmunks, and when I do, they are always scurrying about and never sit still for a moment. I don't even think our city chips would take such a bribe...LOL A wonderful capture, indeed! Thanks for the treat :)

This is an excellent shot John, particularily when you consider that you can be seen in the chipmunks eye! You'll need your best "squinting like I'm watching TV with rabbit-ears" eyes, but there you are in all your glory.
