Sheesh ! ... Old man, don't you ever get enough pictures of me and my friends ?

My answer to this Chippy's question was a resounding ...NO! It's a passionate obsession I'm afraid. Bad news perhaps to some members. Be that as it may ... My sincere THANKS to the members and close friends who have received my offerings, especially my Birds, with a level of acceptance exceeding anything I might have imagined when first joining Caedes. NUFF SAID ( Really more than NUFF ... but you know Muggsy ... he tends to run off at the fingertips.) :)

Such realism exudes from your images. They just are so natural looking and the pose is simply great. I thought this fellow was a wren, but you called him Chippy. I love your bird shots.

This has GOT to be the most perfect bird photo I've ever seen! Even Audobon couldn't have done any better! What beautiful little birds. You captured not only the colours but every line of the feathers, the feet and that droplet of dew on the branch. And even the background is wonderful. He is going on my desktop right now...just the prettiest birdie I've seen..Verena

John, your bird shots are the best, and I enjoy your humorous narratives too. This lil fellow seems interested in you, or your camera :) Lovely details, and the blurred background is most becoming. Your yard must be the local birds meeting place. Keep up your wonderful work :^)
