What!! A Crane without legs, what an odd sight. Actually the crane is on his break. I received a notice from the crane union that i was overworking them. I now have to give them a 15 minute break every half hour of a photo shoot. I also have to donate to the old Cranes home. At least the cranes are happy and smile more often.

Beautiful close up profile shot of him. I love the colors and the shaded light seems to compliment. Wonderful clarity. Fun narrative too.

Boy that crane union will get you everytime won't they? Beauriful colors and I just love these birds. Great job of sneaking in a shot while on a break.

Great shot and funny narrative Huck. I imagine they do get tired after lifting all that steel for skyscrapers.

This one looks like he is on strike. Better get him a picket sign. Nice photo.

After browsing your gallery I must say I really like the posts you've made of the Sandhill Crane ... Splendid work. I also was elated to find out I'm not the only member of Caedes that has his bird and animal subjects talk to him. :o) Did I mention I find your sense of humor to my liking as well ... ? LOL
