The Sunshine Skyway Bridge on a hazy mourning Ferry boat ride to Egmont Key. I really don't care for the ride over that long Bridge. If it was up to me i would have taken a longer boat ride.

Great capture of this beautiful bridge, I've been over it many times and it's an amazing structure. My momma & poppa lived down across from that bridge in Ellenton FL. That brings back great memories.

I'm with ya Buddy. I'd rather take the boat, too. That way, if I'm gonna take a plunge, I'm a lot closer to the water to begin with. LOL. Nice shot of that monster. Toledo has one similar looking, but not in as scenic a setting.

That looks like a real long bridge - have seen quite a few in the U.S. in various ports - I wouldn't want to cross that on foot! Nice image with that sky behind, Ed.

Would love to see this in real life one day. Nice job...Think I would have preferred the boat ride myself.

Nice view! I thought about shooting this bridge at night also, however I'm not sure it is well lit!

Great shot Huck. I think I saw it when I went to a Tampa Bay baseball game. The information is very interesting and looks like it has had some sad history attached to it. Nice post.

Such an interesting perspective making the bridge look massive. I think I'd have preferred the boat ride too.

Good one Ed. I have been on this bridge before. I really like driving down in the Keyes with all that water and those bridges. I remember when I was there that I had about the same view as this! :) thanks for the memories my friend.

Well I am happy to see the new one is still standing and a boat hasn't hit it yet.
Nice big view of the bridge
