Let's pray for the soul of victims of the tsunami to rest in peace. “God, please give strength to those who have lost their loved ones and guide them to come up in life. Love & Peace.” - Tsunami 26th December 2004.
Thats a most beautiful flower...I think if you could have lightened it just a bit the contrast would have been more dramatic! but is is sooo pretty!! and the thought too *S*
"In my mind's eye, I visualize how a particular... sight and feeling will appear on a print. If it excites me, there is a good chance it will make a good photograph. It is an intuitive sense, an ability that comes from a lot of practice."
Ansel Adams
Neez! Are you and yours OK? It has been a long time since we heard from you, and some of us here are worried about you. Thanks for the post. It's lovely.
EXCELLENT PIC NEEZ! i find that the natual way that you took the picture is wonderful. the artistry that you put into it with the darker background is wonderful. this is a true pic and not a manipulation that most people tend to do with their pictures when they don't like how it was taken. prayers to all.
But words are things, and a small drop of ink, falling, like dew, upon a thought produces that which makes thousands, perhaps millions think and smile.
Art is everywhere, except it has to pass through a creative mind.
What a beautiful memorial to those who lost their life in the tsunami and a tribute to those who are surving such a dramatic natural disaster. Thank you for stopping me & reminding me that more prayers are needed and I am so glad that you are back. Hope all is well with you! :))
