Terrific photo Nigel. Lovely composition and great colors. The sun trying to peak through the clouds gives it really lovely lighting. Well done and thanks for sharing this post. TYU = thank you unnecessary ;)

I am still extremely busy with projects but hopefully things should slow down by the end of the summer. Please know that I appreciate you all and will stop by and visit your images as often as I can. My best to all my friends. Sincerely, Carrie

Love the clouds. I thought your were...uh...gone...for a few days there. :S Oh, I think all your photos come out a tad dark [or do the clouds really make it that dark?] [or was it raining?]...maybe? Good upload still.

This is an excellent photograph Nigel. I love the point of vision. The crater is huge and I like how clear the water is. The clouds rolling over thw hills look awesome and I love the shades of green. Excellent work

Wow! Nice shot. You must have been tired after climbing all the way up the crater for that shot. Great play with colour. rich.

I was looking through the gallery, and saw one of your images, then looked through your gallery, and then looked at this one. I love this image. I think my tastes have changed since 8/16/06.
