I went up to my friend's cottage last weekend, and we went on the Huckleberry Trail (Ontario) that had one of the oldest rocks in the world! Over a billion years old or something crazy like that.

Nice shot.. that tree looks really cool and there is a nice variety of colours scattered throughout the picture. That rock sounds interesting, i wonder why that rock in particular is so old and why it has survived so long without being worn away. I know that some ections of Western Australia are said to be the oldest regions of the earth geologically but i don't know how they figure it out either!
