Yes, Jan and I have been out shooting together again. Here's my version of Jan's lily shot - thanks for spotting these Jan, I'd never have seen them if you'd not been there.
wow, this one came out much better than any of mine did, i took loads and like maybe 2, the dof on mine was out bigtime! love the colours and amazed you got them all in focus, its handy being tall and you could shoot them looking straight down like that, im such a shortass! hehe.
Hey Nigel...you haven't changed your avie lately. How about the picture that Jan posted of you last week? You know, the one where you looked a bit greenish. Wouldn't that be cool as a new avie? He he. I didn't know lily pads came in so many colors. I have learned something new. Really a nice shot.

The truth is, you really should see My Gallery.
Very striking with those sensational colors, each one a bit different and again you have seven objects for the composition and all against a black background. Quite a nice image for framing.
This is just gorgeous Nigel!! Would you let me do a canvas painting of these? Maybe in an abstract sort of way? I love the colours, and it would be fun to try it. But you know what, they always remind me of PacMan!! this is a fun and colourful creation of yurs(and Jans)...nice job..Verena
