What an excellent close up of that cute critter. I have that same lens, and have yet to get a good close up of anything with it. Of course, it's not the lens, but I can see that it can be done. Maybe my tripod has the shakes. LOL. Very nice, Nigel.

Absolutely marvelous clarity, I can even see all the grains of sand in his whiskers! Your cropping on this is also excellent, really focusing in on the soul of the animal. This one rates a definite 10/10!

This is really good and I can't believe how clear it is. Does your lens have OS? You can counts the specks on flecks. Mischievious looking little devil Sir Nigel. Good post.
