Ofcourse Nigel do I want to say that the reflections are brilliant! But also that it's great to see the horizon in this position. The colour of the sky and also in the water are THE final touch : ) Enjoying this one! Mich
Minimalism and simplicity at their best Nigel. The pastel colours of the sky and water contrast wonderfully with the small blocks of brighter colours of the huts. So, how far out on the water did you have to walk to take this shot? LOL!
So if I vote on your image you're likely to receive a 10/10. Why? Because every capture of life around us or artificial generation of color and lines is unique and special.______________ POST
The reflections are really something Sir Nigel. The mirror like water was very condusive to this great photo. I like the sky and water being split by a thin piece of earth with those reflecting beach huts. Good work.

I quote Thoreau often "Simplicity is Elegance" and this photo of yours fits so perfectly! The pastels are so gentle to the eye. And I can see well why people would live so close together here. Taking advantage of just being at this spot. I love, upon closer inspection, that there are people about these little places too. Nice! Such a most precious photo Nigel. Makes my eyes happy. Verena
And the Lord spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it."
Nigel,
Just saw this in the Feature Images and had to comment. Love the amazing reflections you captured in this and with all the fabulous colors on those cool little huts, makes this very pleasing to the eye. Wonderful lighting as well. Nice post!
