It looks pretty sparse and bleak. Was that the assignment? I love the off-set tactic, but the snow is pretty blown out, which is a no-no in b&w. Just out of curiosity, how did it end up green? My self-developed negatives always turn out purple, leaving yellow prints. Odd...

Before borrowing money from a friend, decide which you need more.

This is a great concept… I think it could be improved by moving the door about an inch or 2 to the right (if the building allows that). More detail in the snow would also improve this. Look forward to seeing more of your work 8•)

One man sees things and says "why?", but I dream things that never were and say "why not?"

There is an overall green cast to this composition. I think it needs some color correction. I'm not sure how the title fits in. Shucks, maybe we all is being a little hard on you. Your only 17 and out here posting photos with the big folks so that says a lot for you as far as I am concerned. Keep at it. It's springtime now in Colorado. take a drive up into Rocky Mt Nat State Park. There is so much pretty scenery up there it almost jusmps in your camera without you having to do a thing. Looking forward to more posts.
