Hi Dad! It's Rachael... I love this picture. You've really gotten the hang of the fractal stuff. Where did you get the veins for the leaf from? Anyway, I was just browsing through the new images and saw this, I didn't even know it was yours! Love it!
This is lovely. I love the depth and the detail on the leaf is stunning. The only thing that seems a bit off is the color of the background, it doesn't strike me as very "autumny" It seems to be more of a spring color. But regardless, it's a very well put together desktop. Nice work!
Hi Nathan
This is one image that I just could not go past without looking at in detail ... I love all aspects of this image .. colour... depth ... crispness but to name a few
Keep up the great work
Russell
neat, made me think of putting the reflection of some autumn leaves on the leaf as if it were glossy, i dunno if you like the idea, but you could mess with it, kpt materializer might me the man for the job if you have it
Wow. The 3-D effect is so real it makes me want to cup my hands in front of the computer screen to get ready to catch the leaf when it tips forward. truly unique. Another keeper.

Psalm 91
1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of Yahweh, "He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust."
3 For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence.
4 He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart.
5 You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day;
6 nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday.
7 A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it will not come near you.....
That's pretty cool how you did that. I would like to learn more about that sort of thing. I have Photoshop CS2 and a few other real good programs... I just don't know how to use them to their full capacity.
Lovely work, Nathan, and an interesting contrast to your jewels work. This is light and airy, and just a little melancholy at the same time. I love the detail in this. The leaf is spectacular.
