I was on a Sunday afternoon walk in the Wellsville Mountains (Utah). I found a leaf that had blown off the tree and stuck to a dead limb below. It was backlit by the sun and glowing. I've done some manipulation in Photoshop to blur the background more to focus on the leaf. Enjoy.

Spectacular! Well executed idea. Especially when the leaf is already glowing.

Love it when you come across something that's so naturally, beautifully set up that it looks like it's just waiting for you. Wonderful framing and blur on the background.

Good work. I really like the border you added around the photo, as well as the lighting of the shot. Very nice indeed.

I'm not sure why this image has such a low c-index! I think it's a beautiful image. Amazing that the leaf was stuck there like that on it's own. It has a beautiful luminosity. Very well taken!

Very nice. The highlight areas are close to burnt out though. It would have been interesting to have seen a shot that was a couple stops underexposed. (It could be just as dramatic and I think the leave would still be glowing.) I realise it's a bit late to think about a re-shoot... ^_^ That was just the thought that popped to my mind when I saw this nice capture.

This whole picture is amazing. First off is the pure 'destin' of having this perfect leaf waiting to be captured as beautifully as you did. And then the manip in photoshop is superb, I love the borders. Definite 10/10!
