A Fractal Explorer fractal that was taken into Photoshop. In photoshop I'd copy the fractal into a new layer, reduce it's size by 10%, add an outer glow, change the color by 20%, and rotate it slightly until the edges touch the edge of the larger layer behind. Do this about ten times more... Hope you enjoy.
