Cache Valley, Utah, where the mountain men met with Indians for a week of Rendevouz. Also named because they "cached" their furs here. This is where I live.
But words are things, and a small drop of ink, falling, like dew, upon a thought produces that which makes thousands, perhaps millions think and smile.
Art is everywhere, except it has to pass through a creative mind.
Good morning Nathan
Morwyn said it for me. It is indeed beautiful. Would you ever fel like leaving it even just to go to town for shopping? Nicely balanced, and the hues capture the scent of autumn.
A beautiful autumn scene, it reminds me of the Southwest where I grew up. There's something magical about the sunshine there - the way it seems to light from every direction. It's great to be reminded! Top marks.
"Anything that excites me for any reason, I will photograph; not searching for unusual subject matter, but making the commonplace unusual."

Tales from the old west, I love 'em. This is really outstanding scenery and is sooo different from the rolling hills of New England where I grew up. Great shot, Nathan.
This has amazing color to it. I'm not quite up in New England like Alexis is, but Pennsylvania's still far from this, so this looks more like western "fantasy" to me than anything else. Great photo.
Yeah, I know where you live...in photographers heaven. This is stunning. What a view. What an array of rustic colors. Perfect in every aspect...clarity, sharpness, perspective and on and on. Well done. VERY well done. Thks so much for sharing.
