A photoshop and fractal jewel I created today. It took quite a while to get the colors just the way I wanted them. Feel free to leave a comment and let me know what you think. Have a great day.
I think this is one of your best in this style of images, Nathan, and that's saying a lot! The colors are rich throughout and I love the fractal pattern that is softly etched in the background. My highest marks. Great work!

Hey Nathan..why did I think yu were going to be gone on vacation for two weeks? you still among us eh? You know...this creation of yours makes me think that it could have been an embelishment on a king or something back in the time of King Tut....these colours are simply outstanding...I can just see this on a long garment robe...you should make these and try to sell them to a dress designer...imagine the beautiful customes they could make....wonderful artwork my friend!!
Someday I'm going to have to try this technique you developed...obviously an attention grabber lol.
I also like the *almost* Asymmetry in this one. The image, although amorphous, almost seems to look like it is holding itself together as a composition. Quite interesting, well done.
Thanks! Vamoura, one of the fractals I layered in there was our collaboration on your "Hole in the Sky" fractal - which seems to have been pulled from Caedes recently. It added some of the "just right" blues that I was needing in this one.
Well...here I am again. I don't comment as much for your work as I do others because I would spend all day typing away the day singing your praises. I do look at everything you do and as per the usuall this one is like the rest I see from you. Nothing short of fantastic. I personally find myself humbled seeing that you seem to be able to post daily such great works of art. You have a great talend. Thank you for sharing it here so I can see it. :-D
Man you have it going on with your images. I just love the distinct look of your work. Your fractals were great, but lately your work has been AWESOME such as this image. Fantastic work as always. 10!!
A beautician? Well, one of my daughters is - but me - afraid not, Keith. Of course, my daughter sparkles. :) Thanks for the nice comments, everyone. And for the laugh, Keith. Made my day.
I love the blue detail in the corner, just looks beautiful without overwhelmingly filling the screen. The use of blank, coloured space emphasises the well placed jewel in the centre. I think you've hit the colouring just right!
Absolutely gorgeous. This web site has opened my mind and my life to beauty previously unknown, and Nathan, your work ... it is nothing less than a gift from God. Thank you for sharing it with us all. Breathtaking.
Putting your pictures in my favorites is the highest honor I can give you. If I do not get to your pictures as soon as you post them, I apologize. I try. Also if I do not respond for awhile it doesn't mean I'm ignoring you, it just means I'm really tied up with life.
