Hope you enjoy this desktop - leather and stained glass - how's that for a combination? :) This one is warm and inviting, I think. Have a great day.

Nice combo Nathan. I really like the stained glass component. It would make a nice piece for an in-home accent window. Lovely work!

Great job Nathan, nothing but the norm huh. the fluidity in the glass is very well done changing tone ever so slightly like colored pearl. Artistic to say the least my friend.

Nothing but the usual: superb, outstanding, extraordinary, stunning, etc., etc., etc.
Please keep 'em coming!

Anastasia

P.S.) If it could be said that I like any of your work better than any other, which can't be said because it is ALL superlative, well, I'd say the faceted jewels with which you have favored us of late are very special and I hope to see more of those. With the gold filigree you do so impossibly well.

This is beautiful. I really like the illusion that it's being back lit. Nice job. You're one prolific artist.

Oh Nathan! What a magnificient creation! I have missed your postings, and am so very happy to see this. I have never seen such perfect colour combinations as this. The pastels on the tips of the points and on the curves, then there are the 'patterns' and then to top the whole thing off are those wonderful flaming orange /red/yellows..wow...I am almost speechless. I've been sitting here totally absorbing this posting of yours...I cant seem to take my eyes, off it, so I am putting it straight onto my desktop. As always, I have to say what a wonderful gift you have in your creations, you are such an artist. THank you so much, my dear friend, for this whole design....Verena

Thank you, everyone. Jason, I use Photoshop. I have a tutorial on how to do the gold work in the tutorials gallery. I use pieces of fractals for the "stained glass." The fractals were created in Tierazon, ChaosPro, VChira, and other free programs. Hope this helps.

Cool!. it's a bit different than your usual works; I love it!. It would be cool if you could do the stained glass look to fit the entire screen, so that you computer looks like a stained glass window. Do you have any like that?
