Pure abstract created entirely in Photoshop CS3. The technique uses the gradient tool in difference mode over and over again. Then I've used the warp feature to bend the result into the shape and flow I wanted. I then colored it by hand (mouse?). A little different direction for me, but enjoyable

Very nice effect indeed. I wonder if this is a CS2 possibility as well?

@FilmBB - Yes it is. I used a simpler version od the same technique to do Proscenium and the Aurora set in my galley.

Nathan - Wonderful job. I'll have to experiment more using the filter gallery on my gradients now...

What a nice light and movement effects, matching with the one that gives the colours the moving "feeling", too!!
Very beautiful work! :D

Your work is a masterpiece in progress. I love this. Rather like shimmering satin weave silk or a gust of frozen air trapped in time. Colors are perfect. Can't wait to see what else you do.

The thumbnail although promising something great did not prepare me for the impact of the full size version.
Fulll of energy and yet retaining a peaceful feeling. Love it !!

This is very beautiful. I guess I'll have to install the CS3 I still have in the box. I never did install CS2 I just stuck with the 7 that I was so comfortable with.
