Exploring the beautiful flowers in my garden. I'm enjoying the contrast between the purple blossoms in the background with the glowing day lily in the sunlit foreground.

Very lovely and like the soft colour of the lily and the way the sun is playing across the pedals.

I love this one. The combination of the brights and orange in the forground with the darks and the purple in the background is a study in contrasts. Very very nicely done! Just suggested it to the art council. The pic almost seems like it's shining. Keep it up!

The colour contrasts are delicious. For my money the featured bloom is a bit washed out by that strong direct sunlight, not overexposed but not colour intense either. Sunlight, what can you do eh.

The reason why the sunsets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
