JWildfire is a JAVA application that works on Macintosh. It allows me to create fractal flames similar to Apophysis (a Windows application). So I've been off exploring in fractal land today. Hope you enjoy.

To me it looks like a glowing jellyfish swimming in the see.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

Superb artwork. Just jaw-dropping.

A few people suggested jellyfish, but to me, it strongly resembles a flower. I shoot a lot of flowers from very close up and all the structure I see here, I've seen in my viewfinder too. These fractal programs could be revealing something profound about the natural world and we're missing the point because it's 'art'. Food for thought & a feast for the eyes. Fabulous.
