Lowering clouds over Wellsville Mountain in Cache Valley, Utah. As soon as we drove up Sardine Canyon, it rained hard and steady.

Whoa, that's a nasty looking storm coming. Really like the different depths and detail of the clouds coming over the hills. Beautiful composition and scene plus colours

That is a scary-looking storm, and I like the way you captured the clouds. Nice one!

Those are some amazingly nasty looking clouds and I really like how they're hugging the tops of the mountains/hills (can you imagine hiking up there at this time?). I don't know how fast the clouds were moving or if you had a choice of a different foreground, but as great as the meteorological element here is, the cluttered fore- and midground takes a little away from it. I might have gone a little further to the left to get one without the farm machinery, then clone out the houses. But from looking at your work over the years Nathan, I get the feeling you prefer reality to manipulation, and that's a good thing. After all, the artist has to be happy with his own work. Excellent capture at the right place at the right time.
