A wonderful choice of B/W for this. Seems to enhance the details. I like the lines created by the castle and grounds. You find such diverse wonderful subjects. I am wondering about the rest of the sculpture.

I think that sculpted figure is fine tuning the focus and is about to take the shot. I suppose he had to climb right into the fountain to get the distance he needed. Joking aside, I do like the bw presentation because I think some of the detail around the windows might be lost otherwise. Fun roofline on this one, which the bw also showcases very well.

Well done. The figure appears to be photographing it, also.

Looks good in B/W Laura. I really like the texture of the shot. Your Long Island has such history. I enjoy your sharing it with us. Have a good Sunday.

Great shot. That guy without his shirt on could have gotten out of your way for the shot. How rude! LOL!! Nice presentation.

Very nice black and white, Laura. That's a newer castle, isn't it?

Such a grand side view of this historical building, Laura! It looks as though you may have been standing in the fountain to take this...lol Great composition and use of b&w!
