Love those grasses. That's better than the rocks. There's motion in those grasses.. I can actually see them move. How'd you do that? Well, it LOOKS like they are moving. Super capture.

Wow Pete, for me this is a rare beauty!
I have some very good memories of Zion.
About the photo, this is a very good example of a photo that should be shot with multiple exposure and then overlay the best lighting for sky, rocks and grass. Or, just shoot one image in RAW format and create multiple exposure from there.
I wonder what you did to get the desired result?
Fantastic photography, and I think I could hang it on my wall if I was to find a poster in a shop of this scene!
