This bush was just loaded with these chokecherries, but I decided to pick out the best of the bunch to give to you. I used to love these when I was a kid, but..boy howdy..do they ever make your mouth pucker :)PJ

Oh my ! I miss those little berries. I used to love getting all puckered up with them...when I lived in South Dakota..my Dad used to make great wine out of them...I dont know if they grow up here in Oregon..will have to find out..but you took a lovely photo...so clear, so sharp..such gorgeous light and colours...very nice..verena

What a lovely shot of these berries. I like the translucent look from the sun shining behind them. The color and clarity are wonderful and the comp is right on. I love the title you gave this picture!
PJ - I won't be leaving a note at each image - just know I've snatched your gallery images and am all caught up now. Let's hope I don't miss any more! You're very talented! - Patty
I saw a peanut stand, heard a rubber band,
I saw a needle that winked its eye.
But I think I will have seen everything
When I see an elephant fly.

So they are pretty tart? They look tasty! Would be hard to resist just popping a bunch in your mouth. I like the close up and how bright the bead-like cherries appear. Nice job!
