This is in the front of the Balsams Hotel :) There is a little lake right down the hill from here, as you can see, and their golf course starts up a "hill" two miles up a paved road behind the hotel. I don't golf, but I'm not sure I'd like to golf down a mountainside, but the views at the top were good and claimed to look all the way into Canada.. :)PJ

Beautiful gardens & with that lake in the background you could easily call it breathtaking! The tree covered hills surrounding it sure doesnt hurt it a bit either! I dont think one would tire of this scenery very fast! Excellent capture of all this beauty PJ! Your angle & composition are very good here to say the least. If it was aomeone else I might say I'm impressed, but I've come to expect it from you now. See..it's all your fault! lol

When this one first started downloading I thought it was going to be too dark. Then as the image began to fill the screen and the flowers appeared. Wow! What a contrast. Very nicely done.
