...so when I finally did find her the sun cooperated and I saw that she was really hot to trot and did so splendidly in my view. It was very windy that day, so the clarity might not be perfect, but this is the most vivid red I've seen so far this year, and I'm still looking....again..straight from the lens to PS for a frame job to the upload here with no color enhancement of any kind..WYSIWYG :)PJ

This is a most unusual red tree. It appears to be growing out of the green. It is usually hard to capture detail in red as it wants to run together but the detail in this tree is preserved. Good work.

I really like the frame too..the bright colors slighly blurred on left & the green on right looks real good. Very nicely done PJ! Hats off to you! C) (:-)

The red are magnificent PJ and the greens around the bottom of it just make that fire brighter. What an amazing view and since I'm not able to see them in person, I'm loving the fall colors through your eyes/lens. Thanks for sharing it.

Ooooh she is on fire isn't she - just gorgeous. Very nice shot. I do not dislike the framing, but for some reason it seems to steel a bit of the show.
