Took a trip down Exeter way, and it was amazing how many colors had just come to light. I took so many of this tree, and I don't know if this was the best one or not :)))) But here she is untouched by Photoshop except to resize...almost as good as being there. [EDIT] Decided to enter it into the contest. :)PJ

I ain't writtin ya no dissertation of this here tree. It doesn't need my help or anybody elses nor does it need photoshop. That is a super capture. What brilliant color. Does it get any better? I don't think so. It's a keeper.

What beautiful clours. I love autumn, the colours are always so vibrant........it is also sad as it shows that life is going back to sleep ready for the winter. This is a perfect picture and thanks for sharing it.

She's a beauty PJ! No doubt! Breathtaking reds on her! I like the way you captured just a sampling of the trees around her too..makes for a nice mix of color! You even caught the carpet of red leaves under it which adds to the overall quality of your shot. Nicely done my friend!! :)

PJ...you are soooo bad. I envy all your beautiful fall captures. The color on this one...oh my. To have no enhancements from photoshop, the clarity is near perfect. I wish it only had the tree only in full view, then I would be half tempted to hang it out my door and pretend. LOL In my fav's.
