Pat took this pic on the foray into the wilds of Moore Dam Lake where I was a shadow at home. ...I just uncovered it and ran it through the RAW editing process.. :)

Tell Pat he did another wonderful job!! I love this dam picture...those are some really good dam flowers. I just really like the whole damn landscape. Alright, enough with these damn sayings!!! In all seriousness, I love the vibrant colors here. The off centered daisy really balances the picture. Another goodie!!
*You will have noticed that I haven't been commenting as much on your fine images!..This is because of the pains in my hands!..the constant use of the keyboard, makes this difficult..so, my dear friends..I can only apologise to you all in advance!*

Neat play on words there, PJ! I like the depth of the shot and the lovely compliment of yellow eye on the daisy and the blue of the background elements. The rocks add great texture too. Nicely done. Kudos, Pat!
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

Always like this type of pic - super closeup w/infinite background landscape! BTW, next time you come to AZ, try to get to Page (next to Glen Canyon Dam/Lake Powell) and go to the Dam Restaurant where the special of the house is Dam Chicken. Really!
Always remember - Follow the Yellow Brick Road, it will lead you to the Emerald City and OZ A very nice place to be. Trust me on this one, I live there. :-)................ MY GALLERY - THE LION****Another Site I'm AT - MY DA HOMEPAGE

I really like the way the daisy is in sharp focus, but the water in the background is not a complete blur of color...you can actually see some of the details.
I'm usually not one for flower shots, but this one is stunning! The composition, the lighting, the editing...all perfect! Well done, thanks for sharing and for one of the few flowers in my favorites!
