..and casts a shadow as she exits right. I was so concentrated on the flower and getting the focus on her, that I was surprised to see in my viewer the impression that she was leaving on the newly arrived pumpkin.

Lol, I was expecting a shot of some green leaves! This is so much better. It's kind of like a 'twofer'. Two flowers for one, the original and it's shadow. Fortunately, the pumpkin was quite obliging in being the canvas which captured the lovely shadow. Nice work, PJ.

Only the shadow knows what was going on. Very good. I also like the curved look on the stem of flower. Nice fall post.

Love the composition here. Great detail on the flower and it's stem. The contrast between the seasons here is rather unique and one that I shall enjoy on my desktop! Thanks for sharing it with us ;=)
