I do. It's called beautiful! I love the way you singled out the bloom with the lighting and that is such an exciting shade of red. It looks like this is some variety of cactus or succulent and in truth, I don't think I've seen one before, but I'm glad I have now.
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

I'd call it Scarlett McOrange. It's too beautiful for just one name. Coming from the Old Country adds a little mystique. Your flower looks somewhat sad like Cindy's Zyco. Maybe they miss the butterflies. Just a great shot here PJ.
Chinese lantern red? That's what it makes me think of. It's positively glowing. You did wonders with this, the light is fantastic and the colours soooo deep. I know, why not indulge yourself - call it PJ Ruby.

Since I'm even later on commenting than Sandi... I absolutely agree with all said above! I'm making my mind crack to think of a name, but non pops into my mind. So for now I call it Phasmid Crimson. ;-)
~ So lovely and I've never seen anything like it! As for the color, it's scarlet which is a red-orange that's bright...at least whenever I see a flower called that, that's the color, lol. Wonderful post PJ!

My dear friends! I hope you forgive me for not commenting and answering that much recently. Thats because of the weather situation here, that takes all my energy. I promise to do better as soon as there will be more sun again. Smile
