This time of the year it's always a good time to look back, take stock and decide what things to work on for the coming year. Just some ideas floating around in my head and I thought this photo depicted my mood rather well.

I love the simplicity of this image ~ amazing reflections (footprints?). I have also been reflecting on what I accomplished this year, but also what I need to get done. The list is long, so I better get rolling. I agree ~ this makes an excellent desktop. Outstanding work PJ.

Great post PJ and narrative is great. I too think they are footprints that have been made and can't be changed. The only change that can be made is perhaps a different path. If the footprints were happy ones, step in them again and enjoy. Nice thought provoking post PJ.

Hi PJ,
I had to enlarge it to the max, just to be able to tell that there IS water there. At first, I thought the gray area on the left was a rock. Very clever shot, indeed. The reflections of the leaves DO resemble footprints. This is very nice and would make a handsome desktop.

Took me a moment to see what I was seeing. Often times we think we are viewing the real thing when in fact, we are only looking at shadows. Intriguing image and great textures, PJ.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . .
