I finally watched the remake of 3:10 to Yuma tonight...what a great movie! When I took this pic it was actually 1:50, but who's counting? Must have been too hard to get to the clock at the Maplewood in Bethlehem, NH when the time changed...as I remember we had snow even then!!! :)PJ

PJ, what should I say: wonderful or splendid. Think both! My first impression was that it was a delayed X-mas card. Perhaps it's a good idea to make this to an X-mas card this year.

I would have to disagree with the comments that this would be a perfect Christmas or post card. The quality of this photo to me speaks of gracing a wall with a light shining down on it to show off the absolutely stunning beauty of this work. I had to look twice to see if this was a real photo or a digital manipulation. Every detail about this photo is incredible, from the layout of the landscape, the snow capped lamp post, the quaint snow laden building, the snowy forest, going in my favorites!

Wow! I love that sky! I also like the Lampost framing the scene. You can tell it's cold because the post is wearing a stocking hat. The overall composition is perfect. Every element is needed to create this magic scene. Next time you go there I'd like to walk along as well. The building adds color to an already beautiful scene. As to the "3:10 To Yuma," I'm still stuck in the past with Glen Ford and Van Heflin. You sure came back with a bang PJ. Love it.
