I thought that some of the barn lovers in the crowd might like to see this old beauty I found on a walk last fall. She didn't talk to me, only winked, but then she was still working so I assumed she was too busy.

Being an authority on barns, I must tell you this is a male barn and he is winking at you. He's inviting you in and has some lofty goals.
Be careful, there might be a wolf in sheep's clothing. Great photo PJ and it's nice to see someone else with the fondness for barns. We'll call this one Lord Barnyon.
If OFT (Owd Fellow Tick) had been there too, I'm sure he had started a conversation with this barn. Readings Tick comment above, I'm curious to know how he has seen that it's a male barn, lol.
Great image PJ.

Well, I am a barn lover, too. But that's not just a cause I likes to looks at 'em. It's a cause they make me think upon my cuzin Jasper. We was real close growin' up, and now I don't see him much, a cause he's out fixin' up places like this here barn all the time. He started his own business and everythin'. Now that ol' boy has smarts. When he puts a new roof on a place, he garentees you that it won't leak. That's a cause he figgered out a way to stick them shingles on without making no nail holes. And he does it all with duck tape. He won't tell me zactly how he does it, a cause he's a scared that I would start my own business and take his customers away. I can't go near that duck tape though. I got allergies. My Mama used to stick it cross my mouth when I let loose with a bad word or two, and when she ripped it off, it left a big ol' ugly rash cross my lips and stuff. I won't use that tape, and I don't cuss around Mama, neither. Well, PJ, this here picture of that dandy of a barn is very purdy. He's a lookin' at somethin' with those big blue eyes.

Got lost - who winked at whom and why and what is most important what was the gender of the one who did that !
All because of Tick !!! ROFL
Beauty knows no age - so I would rather agree with PJ that SHE = BARN is a lady.
LOL
I agree with Marzena, What if it is a him... What I mean is did you check under the foundation? Great shot the windows look like two sad eyes. I like the way you're able to pump up the color with very little noise on your shots.
Great shot. Saturation levels are very high, but not too high. Just at the right maximum limit. The image really jumps out. The colours and saturation make it almost tactile. A nice secluded corner captured well. Thanks !
Beautiful, Beautiful Shot - an instant background photo here at work. The blue is just so vivid and intense. Great colors and it makes you want to know the history of the old "girl".
Great "sneak up shot". :-) And she does look like she's winkin at ya. :-0
