On the way to Mt St Helens....didn't stay exclusively in Oregon, as you can see, but it was great to be in a totally new place. Perhaps my pics from this area will fare better than my Haystack Rock fiasco, but only time will tell. It was a beautiful drive, and so absolutely peaceful. :)PJ

P.J. This is very dramatic with the all the colors, textures, snow and the clouds are the final setting off of this lovely one. I missed the first one you did and wondered what happened. This is stunning! :) sandi♥

An amazingly beautiful landscape, PJ. I would love to see this. It looks like some logging has been underway in the center of the view. The colors are rich and the contrasts with the shade and sunlight are so good in this majestic view.

Just great PJ. I can't imagine any photo you take being a fiasco. This is stupendous. Faved. What a great view and it would be great to sit there,talk and share with someone. Looks like it was a special day. Did you sprinkle some fairy dust? Excellent.

That's a wow shot PJ, makes me think of the Pyrenees between Spain and France - I flew over them recently. I can't get over how you've got snowy mountain tops and lush treelines all in one shot.
