Such a cheerful capture ... yellow & green always makes a pleasant color combo. Can almost see these lovelies dancing with the sea breeze. Nice depth too. Beautifully captured PJ.
Well, I have to admit that I was expecting old pictures of Al Hirt and Doc Severinsen. LOL. Fantastic colorful shot of these trumpets, PJ, although sadly...they are silent.
If they had water on them I would think of Satchmo as the trumpeter PeeJ. However far the drive, it was worth it to see you post something. You are like a fine wine that needs to be shared. Don't wait so long between posts.

Daffodils were my mother's favourite flowers and in the Spring her garden was full of them as was the house, so they always remind me of my Mother. Thanks PJ.
Lately, I have fallen horribly behind in my thanks and comments. I'll catch up, but until I do, please know all your kind words are greatly appreciated!

It was very worth the effort you've done for it PJ as it's a stunning image. The vibrant colours and the wonderful contrast are amazing. Thanks!
Regards, Cornelius.
What a wonderful riot of color, PJ! I like the contrasts and clarity too. Such a cheerful post. I guess daffys won't appear where you are for a week or so. I'm surprised that we have any.
It's so good to see a post from you and hope there'll be more soon.
The best daffodil shot I've seen this spring PJ. The greens are really rich and lush and the flowers burst out from them. Nice that you've focussed on just three and caught the right-leaning diagonals of the stems and leaves to give a sense of motion.
