Most people know that NASA’s facility at Cape Canaveral is the home of the American space program. What they don’t usually know is that it also the home for over 500 different species of endangered wildlife that have flourished in the reserves set up on the NASA land and surrounding islands and wetlands. This pair of Ospreys set up home on a telephone pole in front of the Vehicle Assembly Building. Image restored in Photoshop CS3 and Noise Ninja.

That is an amazing picture, the shear beauty of the birds is amazing. I like the NASA touch in the background, shows us that technology and wildlife don't have to at odds.

That is awesome Phil . I love the wing span as well as the feeding of the wee ones. What a terrific image. Thanks for the work you did on removing noise and restoring/resizing the image for our viewing pleasure. Much appreciated sir ;=)
