Boeing's X-48B Blended Wing technology demonstrator shows off its unique lines at sunset on Rogers Dry Lake at NASA's Dryden Flight Research Centre. The X-48 is a joint program between Boeing Phantom Works, NASA and the Air Force Research Laboratory. Blended-Wing Body technology is a cross between a conventional plane and a flying wing design and is being developed to be a long-range multi-role, high-capacity aircraft servicing both the civilian and military arenas.

Nice job getting both the plane and its interesting shadows. Where were you standing when you took it?

Drool, I want one. Seriously though I like the contrast of the smooth lines of the plane against the cracked earth.
