The bones of the Confederate ironclad, Cairo. It was sunk at the bottom of the Mississippi River for a loong time, until they pulled out and put it in the Vicksburg Memorial Battlefield.

You have been able to capture the rich detail of the woods. Is this exhibit just behind that protective fense or is it also behind glass for protection?
