Blur in a shot like this just gives a sense of motion or speed. Not a bad thing at all. Well done!

Just be glad you didn't end up in the river, Charles. This reminds me of the bridge in Jefferson City, Mo.

This is a very difficult shot Charles and the blur is minimal considering it was from a moving vehicle - like the POV a great deal.
