Both of these Blue Jay posts are very nice Mike. When I made them full screen they may have been just a bit grainy but these little guys are so hard to catch and this one especially is posing for you perfectly. Nicely composed as well. Thanks.

After a bit of an absence, partly vacation but mostly tax season...busy for bookkeeping businesses... I'm glad to be back out here with at least 'some' regularity. I've missed everyone and am glad to have a little more time again.
Anita said it. Just a bit grainy. I really like how the camera angle is level with the bird and that he is mostly unobstructed. That can be difficult when shooting through the trees like this.

Nice picture. It`s a shame about the grain in the image though I assume it`s down to cropping and not a high iso. All in all, a good piece of work here.
