finally, i got a bright sunny day. my lens is slow so i have to get sunny days to get good pics. this guy fought off 4 sparrows for lunch at the feeder bar.

Looks like he's ready to take you on too, if you get any closer...
As for the photo the colour seems somewhat washed out and not as sharp or crisp as I'd like for a good desktop. Not being a photographer myself I cannot offer any suggestions on how to correct these things.

I notice that the feeder is blurred as well as the bird. So the problem is camera movement. Do you use a tripod? They are the best cure for this kind of problem. He’s a lively coloured bird, what is he?
