This old school from the 30s still stands as testimony to the quality of the craftsmanship back then. Unfortunately, today the edifice is used to store farm equipment. Not a very dignified end to all that passed through the front door.

I know what you mean about quality. The house I live in was built in 1929 and has withstood the test of time! (knock on wood)... Great image!

that is a very nice photo!

But why do you say it is a "end" it could be turned into a historic biulding of some kind and turned into somthing. You never know.

As a retired carpenter I absolutely love these old buildings (and covered bridges :-). It is unfortunate that so many of these structures are lost. This is a great image. I like the grey sky, it really let you focus on that grand old church. My compliments and highest vote.
